3-Ingredient Salsa Chicken
Spicy, creamy, and crazy delish! This recipe is so simple, you’ll want to make it for dinner every night. Served over rice, this crowd-pleasing eat even makes a great meal for game day parties and other casual events.

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, trimmed
- 2 cups salsa
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- ? cup fresh chopped cilantro (optional)
- 2 cups cooked rice (for serving)
Directions
- Spray your slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
- Place 4 chicken breasts in your slow cooker, top with 2 cups of salsa. Cover and cook for 4-5 hours on low.
- Top with cheddar cheese, cover and continue to cook for 1-2 hours more, or until the cheese is very melted and the chicken is tender and cooked through.
- Top with cilantro and serve over rice.
