VERY good! Fluffy and soft. They burn easily, so watch careful toward the end. I just blob the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment –easier than using muffin tins. I dont have celiac disease, but I will gladly eat these when I make them for my kids. April 2013// Gluten Free bake-and-serve style (Parker House) rolls.
