summer crock pot recipes – Greek Chicken Pita Folds Note from Sara- I made this over the weekend. I was nervous about cooking the chicken in the crock pot without any liquid, so I brined the chicken (soaked in a mixture of water, salt, lemon juice, and all the spices in the recipe) for 2 hours and then added a little chicken broth to the crock pot. Turned out delicious and not dry!
