Review Pin: Zucchini Lasagna. Hopefully will be healthy and tasty! – Excellent for adkins (which I don’t really subscribe to), made it the day after I asked if we could get rid of the george foreman grill (which I then used for this recipe) – Very Tasty, some subs – used the favio viviani recipe for the marinara, didn’t salt the zucchini, was pretty happy with the results!
