Paula Deen’s Cheesy Enchilada Soup – Prev. Pinner said: made this and it was fabulous! Like eat enchiladas in a bowl! I used shredded Colby jack instead of pepper jack so it wasn’t too spicy for my 5 year old. She ate three bowls of it as did my hubby!
