Lemon Cake … 3 scoops of Country Time Lemonade mix in white cake mix. Works perfectly! I also make a glaze with 1 scoop Country Time, 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 tsp vanilla and just enough milk or water to make the sugars dissolve. If you like pink icing, use the pink lemonade!
