Cauliflower Puree….Have not tried this exact recipe YET…but have done the Cauliflower substitute for potatoes on low carb diet and they are surprisingly good. Even with the small amount of heavy cream added in this recipe should be way better for you than potatoes. I am sure going to try it ~Debbie~
