We can personalize the item for a small charge (MOST items are an additional $2 per item, but please message us to confirm), or we can create a full custom order for you. We cannot guarantee any custom work until an agreement has been made between you and the shop, so please do not purchase any regular item and specify customization without confirmation from us. *This does not apply to any listing items that contain personalized names ( i.e. “future mrs….”) There is a $5 fee for MOCKUPS, as this causes a significant delay in production. If you prefer to see a mock up prior to the processing time, please message us and we will invoice for the mock up fee. *SHIRT PRICING- We offer a variety of brands and sizes, ranging from youth, ladies and mens. Each items is priced differently, as youth items ($15.99) cost far less to create vs. an adult cut. Many listing start at $15.99 for the youth shirt, but do increase in adult sizes. *PROCESSING TIMES- With handmade personalized items, also comes time! We have many orders in our processing que daily, & several brides and bridesmaids waiting for their orders as well. Our processing time is typically 7-10 business days because at any given time we have 100+ orders that need to be designed & created prior to creating your handmade order. If you need your item sooner, please add the “RUSH MY ORDER” listing (small fee of $8) to your cart along with your needed item(s) and we will bump your order to the front of the line & process within 1-2 business days, but note this does not include shipping time. Standard mail will arrive after 5 days once shipped, priority mail is 2-3 days for delivery from ship date, and “Priority Mail Express” will arrive 24-28 hours. You decide which shipping time works best for your needs at checkout. We do not accept returns or cancellations. Custom or personalized items cannot be exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.Conditions of return.
