They’re wonderful for headaches – just put one in a ziplock bag and stick it in the freezer. When you have a headache, lie down for a bit with the mask over your eyes. So soothing! Materials to make your own: Scrap fabric A cup of flax seeds 2 tablespoons dried lavender (Optional, but it smells wonderful!) I couldn’t find my original pattern or instructions for this
