The moss can also be pushed down so if it wiggles its way during transit to the top, just bring it down. We will not be replacing a terrarium that is “dirty” as shifting can occur during transit. This product is a VERY FRAGILE terrarium that we have figured out how to ship with a 99% success rate so please be patient with us as not all orders arrive in the best condition. The ONLY way we will resend a brand new terrarium that was damaged is if USPS approves the claim that we file and YOU show your local USPS office when the mail arrives to show the damage and original box and they send us a check for the terrarium amount.
