+this hospital door hanger is 20 1/2″ tall and 17 1/2″ wide- total on 1/4″ plywood + attached with jute.+the top piece measures 14 1/2″ tall x 17 1/2″ wide and the bottom attachment is 4 1/2″ high x 11 1/2″ wide.+THIS LISTING INCLUDES THE DOOR HANGER WITH THE STAINED LOWER ATTACHMENT + TWO NAME CIRCLES. IF YOU NEED MORE CIRCLES FOR THE NAME, PLEASE LET ME KNOW. EACH ADDITIONAL NAME PLAQUE IS $10. +the background is white with a grey distressed background. the leaves have a big enough spot inside for you to attach the name plate. +the bottom attachment is a nicer type of plywood that is STAINED with dark walnut NOT painted. the info is written in white pop paint.+the name plaques will be separately packaged in your order along with the door hanger. it is best to attach the name plaque with wood glue. +name plaques: light gray background, name in dark gray. I can add flowers or a silhouette of an animal in the background for a boy, if desired. +please make sure to put in {notes to seller} the name you would like for it to have. I can put the entire name (ex. first, middle, and last), if you would prefer that. I can also change any of the colors- just let me know!+please keep in mind that I mix all of my colors so the colors are subject to look a little different than the picture. I will match it as closely as possible, though!
