I have been coaching clients online for over four years and worked with over a thousand people to reach their goals. In just 8 short weeks not only did I lose 13 lbs and over 25 inches, but I also dropped my body fat percent by almost 15%! That’s incredible! On top of all that I found a supportive community that helped me thrive and feel more confident in myself. If I was feeling down or needed a pep talk, Mallory was there. If I needed to be set straight she was there too. I had been new to following Macros but the program made it easy for me to learn.
