Homemade Mayonnaise: 2 fresh egg yolks - 2 T red wine vinegar - 1 T lemon juice

Homemade Mayonnaise: 2 fresh egg yolks – 2 T red wine vinegar – 1 T lemon juice – 2 t Dijon mustard – 1 t salt – 3 cloves of garlic crushed (totally optional) – a pinch or 2 of sugar – black pepper (as much as you like) – 2 cups of canola oil. In the food processor blend all accept oil. With the blade running slowly add the oil in a slow stream until it has all emulsified.
